Heading into the 2020-2021 school year, many may be asking, “With many unknowns about COVID-19, how is Holy Ghost working to ensure the safety of my children and family?”
This page highlights some of the specific work we’re doing to provide the safest environments possible that could help mitigate the impact of COVID. The breakdown includes key safety updates.
Per guidelines issued by the Archdiocese of Santa Fe and the New Mexico Department of Health Holy Ghost Catholic School is welcoming back students at 25% per room with social distancing in place. All students desks are spaced out with 6 feet in between them. We ask that students not move around the classrooms and that they use hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes frequently.
Classrooms, offices, bathrooms, and other common surfaces are cleaned and sanitized frequently.

At this time Visitors/Guests are NOT allowed on campus to reduce the potential contact with COVID-19. If you have an appointment please call the front office 505.256.1563 from your car when you arrive and we will assist you. When you come in to the office we will take your temprature. Please remember that everyone on campus must WEAR A MASK at all times.
If you are a parent/gaurdian and you have something to drop off or pickup from a teacher or you have to pickup your student early. Please call the front office 505.256.1563 from your car when you arrive and we will bring the necessary paperwork and your student to you.
Thank you to all who check with us if they are traveling out of state. The list of states that require a 14 day quarantine upon return is on the New Mexico Department of Health's website, and Holy Ghost will follow the state travel restrictions, including a 14 day quarantine. Currently all students who travel out of state, or have a visitor from a state that is deemed high risk by the state of New Mexico will be required to complete a 14 day quarintine before returning to school.
